Outer view isn’t the end, it’s the beginning. First, we identify where the biggest problem lies. Only then do we recommend one of three next steps. We never start by telling you that you need an ad or a new logo.

How long does an outer view last?
It usually takes 7–10 business days from the signing of the request to the final meeting. The final meeting itself, using the Growth Map, lasts approximately 90 minutes.

Do we need to prepare anything in advance?
No. After our initial call, we’ll ask you for access to the information we need to review (website, analytics, sales materials, or contact information for someone on the sales team). You don’t need to prepare any presentations or documents.

What is the difference compared to a traditional marketing audit?
A marketing audit evaluates channels and campaigns. An outside perspective assesses the entire company from the customer’s and business’s point of view the brand, the product offering, pricing, business processes, and communication. The output is not a list of tactics, but rather priorities: what to address first and why.

For companies of what size does this make sense?
We most often work with companies ranging from ~5 to 50 employees that already have a solid revenue stream and want to grow or increase their profit margins. This approach also works for smaller companies with ambition the key is whether you have room for improvement and the desire to make real changes.

What if, after the diagnosis, we decide not to continue working together?
The growth map is your deliverable. You can implement it in-house, with another vendor, or in phases. We don’t sell packages that you have to buy we only recommend what makes sense.

How much does it cost, and what's included in the price?
Investments start at €1,490. The price includes preparation, diagnostics, a Growth Map document, and a 90-minute wrap-up meeting. The price increases primarily based on the number of sales channels we need to assess (e-commerce, B2B sales, multiple brands, etc.). We’ll provide an exact price after our initial call.
